Common questions

Where is my data stored?

Everything you log — protocols, injections, labs, notes — is stored locally on your device by default. There's no forced account. Optional iCloud backup and export are available in Settings if you want a copy elsewhere.

How do I export my data or a PDF for my doctor?

Open Profile → Export in the app to generate a PDF report of your protocol, injection history, and labs, or export your full data as CSV/JSON.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed through the App Store, not through Peptide Me directly. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Peptide Me.

I lost my data after reinstalling the app — can I get it back?

If you had iCloud backup enabled, restoring is automatic on sign-in. If not, local-only data can't be recovered after an uninstall — this is why we recommend enabling backup or exporting a copy periodically. Email us if you need help.

Is Peptide Me giving me medical advice?

No. Peptide Me is a logging and tracking tool. Calculators and level forecasts are mathematical estimates based on the numbers you enter, not medical recommendations. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before changing your protocol.

I found a bug or have a feature request.

Email [email protected] with your device model and iOS version if it's a bug — screenshots help a lot.
